FAQs

The health and safety of each of our canine guests is very important to us. All canines must have current vaccinations for the following:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper/Hepitis/Lepto/Parainfluenza/Parvo Virus
  • Bordetella
  • Coronavirus*

Certification from your Veterinarian is required for each of our guests before admittance can be allowed. If your pet requires an updated vaccination, please make arrangements for the vaccination to be administered no less than ten days before any scheduled grooming service or lodging time. Puppies must be current in their series of vaccinations, including the rabies vaccine, no less than 10 days prior to their scheduled stay. Titers will be accepted with proper documentation.

*This vaccine is not a requirement, however we highly recommend all dogs that board or are professionally groomed receive this vaccination. Please consult with your Veterinarian to make the best decision for your beloved pet.

We also do a Flea check on every guest that enters our resort!

Monday - Friday: Hours are 7am - 6pm.
Saturday: Hours are 9am - 11am.
Sunday: Hours are 9am - 11am (Pick-up and Drop-offs only). Pick-up before 11am to avoid being charged for the day.

Checkout is 11am Monday through Sunday. After check-out time you are charged for the day.

While we are delighted to arrange tours of our suites upon request, we have made the decision to discontinue tours of the lodge. This decision was prompted by our observation of high foot traffic in this area, which includes both our beloved animals and dedicated staff. Rest assured, we are eager to provide you with detailed photographs of all our spaces and are available to address any inquiries you may have via email.

Although we prefer that Guests arrive at least one hour prior to closing, guests may arrive or depart any time during normal business hours. Please schedule your planned departure time to expedite the process. Owners who pick up their pets by our 11am checkout time will not be charged for that day. Pets scheduled for a complete grooming or resort bath will not incur a lodging charge for that day.

In the event of an emergency we try to contact your veterinarian first. Should they not respond in an adequate amount of time, we have a group of Veterinarians on call 24/7!

We will administer oral or topical medications to your pet while they stay with us for a modest additional charge, however we do not administer any injections.

We serve delicious and nutritious meals. All of our guests are fed premium Fromm food during their stay. A small handling fee will be added for this option. All meals are served in the suites for the convenience of our guest. Room service is prompt and our menu is varied.

Feeding Times

Our guests are fed each morning and early afternoon. Arrangements may be made for alternate/additional feedings if your pet is on a specific feeding schedule or has special requirements.

Day of Admission / Day of Return

We recommend that you limit the amount of food you provide your pet on the day of admission due to the natural excitement your pet may experience upon arrival at the Resort. Likewise, food and water should be limited for the first hour or two after you pet arrives home. This will allow your pet time ample time to settle down before feeding.

If your pet has special dietary needs, or you do not wish to alter your pet's food, you are welcome to bring food from home in a sealed container.
