Hours
| Monday - Friday: | Hours are 7am - 6pm Tours from 9am - 11 am and 2pm - 4pm only. |
| Saturday: | Hours are 7am - 1pm Tours available from 10am - 11am only. |
| Sunday: |
Hours are 4pm - 6pm (Pickup and Drop-offs only) Your pet is charged for the day. No Tours are available during this time. |
| Checkout: | Checkout is 11am Monday through Saturday. After check-out time you are charged for the day. |
Holidays
Although we care for your pets throughout every day, our Main Lobby will be closed to the public on major holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Easter
- July 4th
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
